Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are non-refundable and FINAL. No exchanges unless you have received a defective or damaged product.  If this is the case, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at: hello@sendaprayernow.com include your order number and images of the damage (the package and its contents) so we can contact the courier and file a claim.  Upon confirmation of a product defect, we will ship a replacement right away at no additional cost. 

If the product is deemed soiled, we will not provide an exchange.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 24 hours of delivery) if the item is defective, or damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

International Orders & Important Information

This item ships from the United States.

• Should your package be returned to us, we do not refund the cost of international shipping and handling
